McCarthy & Co. appears to have only been in business in 1892 indicating that they must have purchased the pages from Barr-Dinwiddie Co. and issued it with their own cover. Gift inscription to Bessie Zelda Miller on back free endpaper dated Dec. 30 1899. With: the 16 6-x-8.5-inch sheets with drawings dated 1894-1900 which Bessie Miller kept in the book. Very scarce.
