Four small tears to front free end paper where presumably glue from a bookplate on pastedown has seeped and then stuck the pastedown and ffep together. Tears occured when someone separated them. Julius Rockwell former U. S. Senator Speaker of the Massachusetts House of Representatives and Mass. Superior Court Judge. Previous owner - Emery L.
