Probably the last such treatise to be written on the subject. Rare, albeit in poor condition.

Symonds with photo of him on horseback. Full-page photos of the other commanding officers. Doings at Fort Riley in the academic year 1927-28. School activities exercises show results. etc. told chiefly via many photos of men and horses and cartoons. Several pages with photos on flying and also the mechanization of the British cavalry.
