Neuwertiges Ex. Ernst von Salomons fünf autobiographische Romane wurden in dieser Auseinandersetzung zur Basis einer umfangreichen Analyse seiner literarischen Kreierungen. Diese Konstrukte nehmen bei ihm permanent Bezug auf die Dimension der historisch-politischen Semantik. Das Ziel dieser Abhandlung ist, Zusammenhänge zwischen Salomons autobiographischen Strategien und dieser Semantik in seinen Texten auf der identitätsbildenden Ebene zu untersuchen. Im Endeffekt offenbart sich, wie vielschichtig und manipulativ seine Strategien im Literarischen waren und wie groß seine Sehnsucht nach einer ontologisch zuverlässigen Sinngebung war.
