This copy was formerly in the possession of Charles Arrowsmith and bears his signed holograph inscription on front paste-down 'qualified as a Governor & Director of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Pancras. Dec. 4 1832.'The statute referred to is 59 Geo. III. Cap. xxxix. It is of unusual length 176pp inc. index and complexity for an Act of this nature and includes a detailed and comprehensive index.
