This copy is in brown calf leather with marbled boards both boards and leather are scuffed and rubbed but it presents very nicely nonetheless. There is a repair to the interior front hinge rather too strongly done so the endpaper and board stick together too much and pull a little when opening. That said it's solid. The book is largely clean and bright inside with some foxing and offsetting around the engraved plates. The folding map and the plan of Chichester are still present. Size: Octavo standard book size.
