"Edition qui doit être préférée à celle de 1727-31, parce qu'elle contient, de plus que la première, cent cinquante lettres à sa famille, formant un cahier de 211 pages qui est placé à la fin du premier volume" (Brunet). "Ce recueil contient tous les ouvrages publiés de Bayle, hors le dictionnaire.
