This volume tells of his experience in the invasion of North-West Europe including his relinquishing of the command of the Eighth Army the Battle of the Rhine and the surrender. In the original cloth binding. Externally very smart with fading to the spine and minor damp spots to the rear board. Mild shelf wear. Rubbing to the rear pocket. Internally firmly bound.
