This is a fine softcover copy with no wear at all. Completely clean. This is a sale catalog for an auction held at Christie's London on February 15, 2012. Sale code: FREUD- 6330. The sale consisted entirely of etchings by Lucian Freud printed at Studio Prints in London. The press was established in the late 1960's. Lucian Freud became a client in 1985, and for a quarter of a century produced some of his most memorable prints there. 44 lots in the sale all illustrated in black & white with some additional color images of related paintings. Auction results included. 11" high X 8" wide, 117 pages. This book will be securely packed and shipped with tracking.
Opera incompleta composta del solo volume 3 in brossura, edito nell'anno 1935, relativo allo studio sulla strattura della placenta del lamantino. Lo stato conservativo è buono, in quanto al suo esterno il volume si presenta ingiallito e con tracce di fioritura e polvere soprattutto al piatto anteriore. Macchia di umidità al piatto posteriore. I tagli sono imprecisi, ma l'interno è ben conservato con testo pulito e fruibile, interamente in lingua inglese. Pagine intonse. Bellissime le 7 tavole in b/n che fanno da corredo al volume. Volume LIV numero 3 edito in memoria del Museo di Zoologia comparata al college di Harvard.
