Tales from the Arabic No. 90 as stated on limitation page of Vol. 1. Alaeddin unnumbered on limitation page. Sm 4to blue cloth hardcovers with paper spine labels with black text. Top edge in gilt. Blue endpapers. Illustrations. Very Good set. The volumes of The Book of a Thousand Nights are each only lightly shelfworn with the majority of the edgewear to the spine head and top-edge of the boards. Spine labels are browned with a couple of chips. Volume VII's first 30 or so pages have minor brown staining along the lower edge. The volumes of Tales from the Arabic each have scuffs to the tops of each board and small stains to the paper labels. Otherwise only lightly shelfworn. Alaeddin shows a dime-sized red rub to the front board and a few white rubs that have left dents to the rear board. Each volume shows little foxing or spotting inside and are in wonderful condition for their age. A fantastic set! Arab Folklore Arab Folklore Inquire if you need further information.
