NOTE: This is the rare original printing; NOT the 1981 reproduction of the copy held by the University of Victoria McPherson Library. Good condition with minor cover soil and edge wear. Internal condition is Very Good. Oblong. 9" wide by 7" tall. Staple-bound and tied with a gold cord. Gray paper wrapper is present at the rear but front wrapper is missing. No date of publication is indicated but WorldCat says 1893. "Published by Cooper & Sanders Photographers." Illustrated with "nearly one hundred views" on 40 pages. This pamphlet has almost 100 handsome b/w photographs of London Ontario. The first full-page photo is a street scene showing a procession of horse drawn carriages during a visit from the Duke and Duchess of York. Other photos show: London lawn Bowling Club; Dundas Street Looking West from Richmond Street; Central Fire Department horse drawn fire wagons; Police Department everyone in an English bobby helmet; Richmond Street Looking South from City Hall; two birdseye views; Clarence Street Looking North from G. T. R.; residences of C. S. Hyman; Thos. McCormick; John LaBatt the beer guy; Adam Beck; Col. Ley; Frank E.
