Appears to have been rebacked at some stage with good repairs to some page edges. Soiling scuffing bumping to covers spine some staining spotting to some edges. James Neale 1851-1909 was in the office of George Edmund Street at one time thence the RA Schools where he was the Pugin Student in 1875 and won the RIBA Silver Medal Drawings in 1876 with these drawings.
