Barr on the front wrappers. <br /> <br /> Doc Savage was featured by DC Comics beginning with a four-issue miniseries in 1987 followed by twenty-four issues including an annual issue. Other characters throughout the run included Doc's love interest Monya his grandson "Chip" and a crossover series with The Shadow another pulp-era crime-fighting hero. DC would also collect stories into trade paperbacks and issue crossover one-shots with super heroes like Batman. <br /> <br /> Issues included are:<br /> <br /> Nos. 12 14 - Sunlight Rising! 19665102San Francisco: Family Dog 1966. Offset lithograph poster in portrait format design in red and blue with photograph of the Sonoma County Courthouse destroyed by the 1906 earthquake in San Francisco 36cmx52cm. Mild toning at poster verso otherwise a near-fine copy. This poster was designed by Stanley Mouse 1940 and Alton Kelly 1940 - 2008 from Mouse Studio. Mouse and Kelly designed several posters for both rock concerts and ballroom events. Perfect example of their work is this psychedelic poster commissioned by the Avalon Ballroom in 1966 featuring the Big Brother and The Holding Company as well as Bo Diddley in San Francisco.</p> <p>The lithograph is printed in red and blue. The central image is from a photograph taken in 1906 after the earthquake that shook San Francisco and destroyed Sonoma Count Courthouse.</p> <p>The Family Dog Productions was a hippie commune founded by Helms in February 1966 to promote concert and dance events in partnership with the Fullmore. Later Helms' Family Dog hosted a series of concerts at the Avalon between 1966 and 1968. Family Dog unknown
