Unused and in nice condition.Tied with white string by the original distributor of these cards. A brief history of the Great Salt Lake is printed on the reverse. Founded by Mormon leaders and the Salt Lake Garfield and Western Railway as an alternative to the "Gentile" resorts on the Great Salt Lake Saltair has been the most successful of all of these resorts and now in its third incarnation after the previous were both destroyed by fires. Saltair also played a starring role in the horror film 'Carnival of Souls.' This color view is of Saltair II 1925-1970.<br/><br/>"Many forms of life exist in the briny water of the lake the chief being a brine ship about one-third inch in length.
