Briefly inscribed on the front free endpaper to George Leite; signed "J Laughlin". Leite was at the center of the West Coast avant garde in New York with Laughlin. Cloth spine cocked and faded the dustjacket lightly and evenly toned with a few short tears and minor loss. Overall Very Good. Nice association connecting two notable mid-century avant garde publishers. This was Laughlin's second collection of poetry. New Directions unknown
