This is plate 15 and it reflects Picasso’s playful and inventive engagement with mythological themes during his later years. The print is from Picasso Linogravures published by Editions Cercle D'Art in 1962. Margins are toned print measures 15.25x12.625" printed area measures 12.875x10.625". There is some spotting visible in the margins and bend lower left corner. This stone lithograph is in very good condition signed on the stone "Picasso" and "Eprue d Artiste" it measures 18.5" x 14.5" icture size 10" x 13.5". The lithograph is signed "Picasso" at the lower left-hand corner and is dated "Dimanche 20.4.47" which is a reference to the date for completion of the artwork by Picasso on Sunday April 20th 1947. The print was produced by the stone lithography process which explains the reverse date that appears on the artwork at the lower right-hand corner.; 18.5" x 14.5" . unknown

In good condition on slightly-aged paper with a couple of small light patches of coffee staining. Printed in black and yellow. Elaborate design showing a winged youth something of a cross between Jack Frost and Mercury with winged heels clutching a bouquet of flowers flying over a buiding of modern design surrounded by fir trees. Signed in pencil 'luc simon' in bottom right-hand corner with the limitation 'H. C. 15/100' in pencil in the bottom right. Printed details on the reverse of the second leaf with the following note by Simon in autograph. He hopes that the coming year 'vous donne quelques matins sans valse de manege des chevaux qui travaillent tout seuls et des eleves surprises'. The names of Simon's wife and her children Aurelia by Simon himself and Paloma and Claude by Picasso are presented in a crossword-like arrangement.
