The Inscription reads; "To __ with love James Oxford a.k.a. Rick Raphael - 1981". Raphael author of 'Code Three' and other Sci fi favorites was thought to be commisioned to ghost write Night of the Falcon by Marvin H. Albert who originally was suppose to write the book but hired Raphael in the end. Raphael's signature matches other's I've checked it against however there is no public listing or reference for who exactly the James Oxford Pseudonym is/was. Al cese de la dominación española se publica en Cuba como "Revista Ilustrada" y comienza el 6 de febrero de 1889 hasta abril de 1917.El número inicial apareció el 1 de abril de 1897 en New York Estados Unidos. Fue según se señalaba en sus páginas una publicación de "política intereses generales y variedades" con "crítica sátira ilustraciones y caricaturas". Durante toda su existencia fue dirigida por Raimundo Cabrera quien firmaba algunos de sus artículos con el seudónimo Ricardo Buenamar. Desde el 1 de enero de 1898 apareció como "Periódico semanal ilustrado dedicado a los países Hispano-Americanos". Su periodicidad pasó a ser mensual a partir de agosto de 1898. El último número publicado en Nueva York corresponde a septiembre de ese año.
