Binding is solid and square, covers have sharp corners, exterior shows no blemishes, text/interior is otherwise clean and free of marking of any kind. Dust jacket has small open tears, edge wear. 225 pages with 181 illustrations -- mostly prints, many large -- in b&w on heavy, glossy paper. Chapters include: Rembrandt and the High Renaissance, the Monumental tradition, the Venetians, the Quattrocento, the 1656 inventory of Rembrandt's posessions.
