A neat contemporary gift inscription ink to the front free end-paper otherwise VG indeed. In the rare pictorial near fine dustwrapper priced 7/6 net to the spine. The dustwrapper is complete with just a hint of rubbing to the extremities hardly worth mentioning. The rear panel of the dustwrapper has numerous quotations from critics including Dennis Wheatley where surprisingly the Author is referred to as a man. The Author's books are rare in dustwrappers and sought-after by collectors. NB; the author's real name was Dorothy Grace Waring. She was an English Fascist Campaigner in Northern Ireland and in 1938-1939 was a Committee Member of 'The Link' a pro-Nazi organisation promoting Anglo-German friendship.
