Set in monotype Walbaum at the Out of Sorts letter foundery in Mamaroneck N.Y. and printed on mould-made Magnani paper at the Shagbark Press in South Portland Me. The lithographs were printed on hand-made Japanese paper at Trestle Editions N.Y. City. The book design was by Benjamin Shiff. Hand-sewn and hand-bound by Carol Joyce.
