There are press announcements of its having begun production and then the MPPDA Digital Archive indexes correspondence from Will Hays ca. June 1930 to Albert Harry and Jack Warner taking issue with the marketing in VARIETY of what is promoted as their "Sex-Appeal Sextette" of which this title was #3 coupled with the likes of DIVORCE AMONG FRIENDS EX MISTRESS THE MATRIMONIAL BED A SOLDIER'S PLAYTHING and THE OFFICE WIFE. The tagline for this film was "A Modern Casanova who Believed One Wife was a Good Reason for Ten Sweethearts."
