1923MAIN016036INY: Barse. VG/G. 1923. reprint. hardcover. 12mo . 250pp . Edges of book have some spots and foxing pictorial cloth pretty bright. Couple 1/2" tears edgewear soiling to DJ Number 11 in the Bobby Blake series. Title page and spine are "Barse"; DJ is Grosset and Dunlap. I believe it was about this time that G&D acquired Barse and that may well account for the difference. This title is next to last on the front flap listing. Happy to provide more details if you need info on points but very scarce in DJ. BTW the dust jacket illustration looks more like Bobby Blake at an English prep school than the frozen north! .
