Condition: fair restoration as noted; binding tight though front hinge cracked; pages are fairly clear with minimal discolorations. -- Original ownership of "Mary Morton Moyallon" of County Down Ireland which family were Irish Quakers. Also a later ownership dated 1929. -- This Dublin publication of the more common title is SCARCE. Re-printed for Robert Jackson hardcover

"1924" handwritten in ink to lower front cover and a short handwritten note to lower part of dedication page. The note references the Minutes of the General Conference meeting on May 17 1924. Tiny wear spots to head and tail of spine and a small bump to upper corner of volume near edges of pages. Small soiled spots to covers though this isn't terribly offensive.
