RARE FIRST EDITION prayer book compiled by the prominent American rabbi, author, and leader of Reform Judaism - Joseph Krauskopf (1858-1923). Krauskopf was also the founder of the National Farm School (now Delaware Valley University), and long-time (1887-1923) rabbi at Reform Congregation Keneseth Israel (KI), the oldest reform synagogue in Philadelphia which under Krauskopf, became the largest American Jewish reform congregation, for which this service manual was published.
