Karl Friedrich Hundertmark 1715-1762 Sohn von Heinrich Elias Hundertmark 1664-1739 "am 11. April 1715 in Zeitz geboren. Derselbe studirte nachdem er das Gymnasium seiner Vaterstadt absolvirt hatte sechs Jahre in Leipzig Medicin und promovirte 1740 zum Dr. med. mit der: "Diss. de singidari usu frictionis et unctionis in curatione morborum". Acht Jahre später wurde Hundertmark ausserordentlicher Professor der Medicin dann 1754 ordentlicher Professor der Physiologie Anatomie und Chirurgie an der Universität zu Leipzig wo er am 8. Mai 1762 starb. Hundertmark war auch als Chemiker bedeutend.
