Suffrage Question". 171 pps plus two blanks front and rear. A tight fine copy gilt lettering bright virtually no wear; occasional scattered light foxing. An important piece in Rhode Island history dealing with the question of a new constitution for that state which would lead to Dorr's Rebellion. By far the best copy we have seen of this scarce work.
