This description indcates that there were the world-wide Tatar intellectuals network of Idil-Ural Türk-Tatar movements, included Japan. It requires for the researchers all over the world to collaborate to ccollect and investigate the Tatar publications, like Bulletin of Kobe Idil-Ural Türk-Tatar Kültür Cemaati, in the interwar Japan.
