Corners are a little soft with ding to bottom front. Bump to front edge of rear board as well. Rubbing/wear mostly at corners and spine ends. Some scuffs to boards and small chip to paper of tipped in image and a little pigment loss to title. Rear hinge and most of front hinge split with mull showing but binding still holding. Previous owner's name to versos of ffep and rfep with some numbers to verso of former as well. Front page ends rough cut with some short tears to edges of pages throughout - mostly front edge. Some smudges/marks especially first page and at least one erasure. Illustrated. Grosset & Dunlap hardcover

A 16mo of 6 5/8 by 4 11/2 inches with a library stamp on the front cover and a call number at its upper rear corner the spine is nearly torn through on its crease the upper edge of the rear panel 2 inch by 1/2 inch chip and a "V" shaped chip from the lower fore corner and a call number in red ink on the title page. "Price 10 Cents" appears on the front cover and the recto of the rear cover is not printed. 31 pages of text. Only the front cover shows an illustration. The rear cover lists 18 books by Jack London.
