Concerns violations of campaign spending limits as mandated by reform initiatives find complete text of Proposition 68 and extensive brief accounts of violations; for instance p.211 "Modoc County Supervisor Mick Jones voted on matters that affected a source of income involving local development projects owned or operated by Leisure Industries Inc." --which gave Jones monies he did not properly disclose. A $13000 fine was levied of which $1500 was waived. In another instance two in fact Quentin Kopp "failed to disclose" and "accepted illegal cash." Prefatory material allows that "This is not an official publicaton of the Government Code. It has been produced for use by the public and staff of the Fair Political Practices Commission." Cover and titlepage text gives phone numbers belonging to Executive Office; Enforcement; Legal; Administration; Technical Assistance.
