Hardcover in pressed-calf-bound boards gilt-titled an 8.5x13 inch oblong. Commences with a "Certificate of Articles of Incorporation" signed by Secretary of State Frank C. Jordan with the embossed gilt State Seal affixed. Find also various papers laid-in including an oversize brochure "Three Score and Ten A commemoration of the Athenian-Nile Club" from 1953 which is covered with holograph signatures; two baseball excursion cards from 1959 & 1969 a copy of a Notary Public document signed and a program from a military event hosted by the Club in 1968. Item is very worn the front cover is cracked across and limp expect abrasions to all extremities with some card showing at corner tips. A fair copy. Document signed by original members of the Athenian Club. The Club unknown books
