Un legame storico lungo 160 anni", a cura di Antonio Tiso, racconta un legame storico lungo 160 anni tra la città tirrenica e la forza armata. Gaeta è infatti una tra le ultime roccaforti del Regno borbonico a cadere durante il Risorgimento, dopo una strenua resistenza di cento giorni. L'evento bellico fu una tappa fondamentale nelle operazioni di conquista dell'Italia meridionale durante il Risorgimento Italiano e rappresentò inoltre un capitolo fondamentale nella costituenda flotta della Marina Militare sotto un'unica insegna. Un libro che si sofferma sui grandi eventi ma è fatto anche di piccoli episodi, aneddoti e curiosità, che per decenni sono rimasti custoditi gelosamente nei cassetti degli abitanti. Finché qualcuno non ha deciso di raccogliere tutto quel patrimonio di foto e memorie e di farne un grande racconto corale sulla storia di Gaeta.
