Small old crease just effecting the image but not very visible. A very nice example. very good This wonderful CDV comprises an image of each crew member and the mascot. The central image is of the ship. Souvenir photographs of both the Alert and the Discovery were taken by rival photographers before the departure of the expedition. Both produced CDV copes as well as much larger examples. Although quite small each potrait is very clear and the name of the individual is usually readable with a magnifing glass.
