Edited by Tofîgh H. Sobbânî, Hûshang Sâedlû. Estarabadi's date of birth is unknown. After serving the Jalayirid ruler A?mad b. Uways, Astarabadi entered the service of Qadi Burhaneddin ruler of Sivas, probably around 1394 [1394 CE]. His date of death is unknown, but must have occurred after 800 AH [1398 CE], when he composed his sole known work, the Bazm u Razm, a biography of his patron Qadi Burhaneddin.
