brossura Egidia Beretta, mamma di Vittorio Arrigoni, ci racconta la breve vita di suo figlio, il cui barbaro assassinio, avvenuto a Gaza nella notte tra il 14 e il 15 aprile 2011, è stato pianto dai giovani di tutto il mondo. Giovani che attraverso Vittorio hanno conosciuto e capito come si può dare un senso a "Utopia", come la sete di giustizia, di pace, di fratellanza e di solidarietà abbiano ancora cittadinanza e che, come diceva Vittorio, "la Palestina può anche essere fuori dall'uscio di casa". Vittorio, il volontario, l'attivista, il pacifista, la voce libera che raccontava Gaza dall'interno. Racconto che ci ha permesso di conoscere giorno dopo giorno una situazione mai così ben rappresentata, senza slogan, ma con la ferma convinzione che "conoscere è il primo passo per la soluzione". Fra madre e figlio la corrispondenza è frequente - "io e Vittorio eravamo molto uniti, come idee, obiettivi e ideali, sono molto orgogliosa di lui, è sempre stato così" - e in questo libro Egidia Beretta ne ha fatto una selezione dettata dal sentimento e dall'importanza del contenuto, che ci fa capire quanto fosse forte il legame madre-figlio: "...domenica scorsa ero a Nazareth.
