An appealing stereocard image showing several long stretches of railroad track heading into the small town of Ogden Utah. It is a view of an important point crossing point in American railroad history as Ogden is the point at which the Union Pacific Railroad ends and the Central Pacific begins. A train can be seen on the tracks in the far distance as well as a few clapboard buildings. The New York photographic firm of E. & H.T. Anthony & Co. produced several stereoscopic views for the Central Pacific Railroad though few are known today. A nice image of an important railroad intersection. E. & H.T.
