Complementing 'Specially Employed' (1952), this is the second and final account by the wartime head of SOE's French Section. As in the case of its counterpart, content was subject to the rigorous restrictions of the period. Edizione originale, tirata a 350 esemplari numerati su "vergé à la forme d'Arches" (esemplare privo di numerazione e ad personam, dedicato a Paul Poujaud; alla giustificazione finale di tiratura è apposta, manoscritta, la dedicatoria dell'esemplare). Dell'opera esistono anche due tirature di testa, una di 9 esemplari "sur papier a la forme du Japon" e una di 35 "sur papier impérial du Japon". Il volume fu impresso per il testo da Studium e per le xilografie da Jacques Beltrand. Poema claudeliano ispirato alle estasi di Santa Teresa.
