First gatherings a little proud and slightly worn at edges one leaf with a small piece torn from blank margin short wormtrail to blank margin of last few leaves. Binding rubbed worn at extremities a few strips scraped from rear board. The eighth edition of Thomas Hutchinson's reputation-making edition of Xenophon's Cyropaedia first published in 1727 and reprinted once a decade thereafter.
