ABOUT THE AUTHOR N K Tripathi started his career as an IPS officer of 1974 batch and was allotted to Madhya Pradesh cadre. Living in different parts of UP in early life, he did his post-graduation in Western History from Lucknow University. In service, he was in various places and positions in Madhya Pradesh. He also served in Assam, Jammu and Kashmir and in the central government at New Delhi. He is associated with many social and sports activities. Since his early life, he took keen interest in various subjects. He developed his own paradigm to look into different social and public issues. A tireless traveller and a fervent observer, he has touched upon a bewildering range of write-ups in the social media. He has also written extensively in Hindi and his many articles have been published in leading newspapers. He has a very distinct style of writing which is a terrific read.
