A tal scopo puo' usufruire dei fossi nei pressi di Porta Palazzo in cui viene convogliata la neve con l'obbligo di aver cura dei depoisti stessi "usandone da buon diligente ed accurato Padre di famiglia con obbligo di mantenerli e restituirli nell'istesso stato che le saranno rimesse, anzi piuttosto migliorati che detriorati". La tassa sul ghiaccio si paghera' per la prima meta' nel mese di agosto e per la seconda nel mese di dicembre di ciascun anno.
