A former copy sold by Oak Knoll had a post-it on the front cover of the book which had been written by one of Newton's grand-daughters and read "Picture on p.32. Cousin wrote all the copy for this - and his ads too. Few remain." "Cousin" was the affectionate name that the grand-daughters called A. Edward Newton. Covers rubbed and faded in places.
