Toutes ces méthodes sont ensuite expliquées en détail (confiture, jus, vins, alcool, dessication). Vient ensuite la législation, le rôle des cooprératives et les débouchés. Et nous terminons par les "études spéciales" pour chaque fruits. Un Must pour le sujet. Pas courant. Très bon état même si le papier a légèrement jauni et que les mors sont fendus mais recollés.

Book is in excellent condition; binding seems a little brittle from age, but book shows little wear. Binding is solid and square, covers have sharp corners, exterior shows no blemishes, text/interior is clean and free of marking of any kind.
