Senza brossura ma non sciolto ed in ottime condizioni di conservazione e dagli ampi margini. Opera dedicata al medico Tommaso Prela', archiatra di Pio VII. Trasmondi, medico romano esercitò principlamente nell' Ospedale di S. Maria della Consolazione. Fu chirurgo di grande fama. Prima edizione non comune, 5 esemplari censiti in ICCU.
