The pictures and accompanying text are the work of George Hansen a landscape architect of California and tehir subject is Mr. Hansen's son Roland Ott. The idea of the books is to give a minute pictorial details of the swift shades of joy and sorrow which go to make up the life of a little child. There will be over two thousand photographs in the serieswhich will be brought out periodically by Elder Shepard of San Francisco." A very unusual and interesting project.
