Traces the journey of "Mark" -- probably Spiro -- from boot camp to deployment in the Pacific where he was part of the 14th Air Squadron and flew many missions including participating in the Philippine campaigns. Well written account. No copies located in institutions so assume just a small number were printed up for friends and family. unknown

An excellent and well-preserved snapshot of local history. The Columbia was built in 1910 and closed in 1928 so while this pamphlet is undated we can place it within that time frame.
