Raro documento testimonianza della congiura ordita dal famigerato conte Girolamo Riccini, ai danni di Giuseppe Ricci, guardia nobile del Duca, accusato di attentato alla vita di Francesco IV. Montanari e Tosi, accusati di furto, dichiararono di essere stati convocati dal Ricci in una sua villa presso Bastiglia con la promessa di 200 napoleoni d'oro nel caso avessero ucciso il Duca in occasione di una sua visita alla Chiesa dei Benedettini. Col Ricci venivano accusati di essere presenti al convegno altri quattro cospiratori: Piva, Guicciardi, Gasparini e Borghi. Il processo, ampiamente falsato, si concluse con la morte del Ricci e dei suoi presunti complici. Solo piu' tardi, nel 1865, venne riabilitato da una corte dell'Italia unita e ascritto nell'empireo dei martiri risorgimentali. L'ennesima beffa per il povero Cavaliere Ricci, duchista e anti liberale convinto.

Pierre Bonneau est accusé d’avoir volé 20100 livres en or et en argent à un commerçant de Levroux. Le parlement confirme la sentence prononcée en première instance : “ledit Pierre Bonneau a été condamné d’être pendu & étranglé... à une potence plantée dans la place publique du marché de ladite ville de Levroux... préalablement appliqué à la question ordinaire et extraordinaire.” Sa femme Rose Brouard, ainsi que Louis Bonneau et Anne Picard sa femme, François Bottin & Catherine Bonneau sa femme, emprisonnés à la Conciergerie sont par ailleurs condamnés à des amendes pour une affaire de bris de scellés liée à ce vol.
