The text of this edition comes from the critically emended edition published by Houyhnmhnm in 2010. Silver foil lettering and decoration on the spine and boards. Silver head. Black endpapers. Slight glue residue on the front flyleaf from removed bookplate. Small stain on the fore edge of the text block. Pages bright and clean. Binding strong and square. Boards and spine generally unblemished but the spine is very lightly sunned. The slipcase is strong square and lightly rubbed/bumped. The Folio Society hardcover
