Illustrated with fourteen text panels and fourteen water-colour panels by Potter mounted on linen and folded in accordion style. Collated complete. In this charming tale a bad-tempered rabbit steals a carrot from a kind young rabbit but gets his comeuppance when a hunter shoots at him mistakenly identifying him as a bird.
