The final report on the relocation internment and incarceration of Japanese immigrants and of Japanese Americans following the Japanese Navy's attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7 1941.

While the book's chronology begins in January 1942 the chapter called "The Price of Prejudice" notes that the FBI reported on December 11 that more than 1200 Japanese aliens had already been arrested. This report like many of the post-War publications by the staff of the War Relocation Authority is critical of the decision to intern the Japanese and is sympathetic to the hardships Japanese and Japanese Americans faced. The book also covers the little-remembered activities of the Farm Security Administration and the Federal Reserve Bank which was responsible for internees' property.

xvi 212 pages. 1952158073No place: World Federation of Democratic Youth 1952. First edition first printing of this condemnation of American biological warfare in Asia featuring pictorial evidence of infected insects and deadly bacteria viewed under a microscope. The usual sources record copies only at the International Institute of Social History and the National Library of Australia. Founded in 1945 the World Federation of Democratic Youth quickly came to be viewed by the CIA as a dangerously subversive left-wing group. During the Korean War the WFDY was a receptive audience for Chinese allegations that America was using bacteriological weaponry. The present work reprints speeches and statements issued by the organization's senior officers sessions of its constituent bodies and a Stalin Prize winner. It also assembles qualitative and visual proof including a table of "information on the dates and the places where infected insects were dropped in 15 points investigated". Octavo. With 4 sepia half-tone plates table in text. Original paper wrappers wire-stitched as issued front cover lettered in white sepia illustrations on inner covers. Covers and contents lightly creased and toned. A near-fine copy. unknown

From 1946 until 2008 it was part of the United States Army Reserve. It was briefly inactivated from 2008 until 2010 when it was elevated back to a division size element as the 91st Training Division Operations.1 Constituted on 5 August 1917 at Camp Lewis Washington near Tacoma the division commanded by Major General Henry Alexander Greene soon thereafter departed for England in the summer of 1918.
