1940TB33766New York: Oxford University Press c.1940 1964. Seventh Printing of 1964. Near fine in light blue cloth covered boards with dark blue text and decorations on the spine. A Small octavo of 7 7/8 by 5 3/8 inches. In a very good unclipped dust jacket with a 1/2 inch deep chip to the upper edge of the front panel and three closed tears to the upper edge of the spine area and small chips over the tips of the boards. This printing embodies all of the changes which occured in the third printing which saw a number of corrections and included the 1940 census reports and highway number changes. 710 pages with an index population figures for the state from the 1940 census for cities and towns. The fold-out map appearing in earlier editions was not issued with this the seventh printing. Oxford University Press hardcover
