Bascom M.D. was also a practicing physician who extolled the health benefits of the Salt Lake City climate the nearby sulphur springs and the waters of the Great Salt Lake. In a very good- dust jacket with the price intact on the front flap but with a 1/3 inch deep chip at the upper fore corner of the spine area a 1 1/2 inch narrow chip on the upper rear corner of the spine area and chipping over the tips of the boards.
